1.     Cotton Fibre Properties analysis on Uster HVI 1000 M 700 

• All the required fibre quality parameter analysis (Fibre Length, Strength, Micronnaire and Trash, and Colour Grade) Accurate and reliable Test Results 

• Zenon technology for cotton colour grade measurement

• Additional Cotton fibre maturity analysis in term of Maturity Index

• Cotton moisture measurement at fibrecomb level

2.     Long and rare occurring yarn faults analysis on Uster Classimat Quantum

• Most versatile equipment

• In Addition to the conventional classification of thin and thick faults, the new analyzing system offers the possibility of classifying foreign fibres/matters as well.

• Faults can be graphically compared directly with Uster Statistics

• Excellent tool for examining the yarns to be purchased for remaining yarn faults and foreign fibers therefore avoid possible surprises later on.

• Facility of converting classimat Quantum results to Classimat III results 

• Gives opportunity to understand the root cause of each rarely occurring fault which create defects at fabric stage.
